Welcome to Empathic Crow Intuitive Services LLC (“Empathic Crow Intuitive Services LLC,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Empathic Crow Intuitive Services LLC ("we," "our," "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may discontinue use of the website at any time.

1. General Website Terms & Eligibility

Eligibility: This website is intended for individuals 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Appropriate Use: You agree to use this site solely for its intended purpose; exploring intuitive insights, booking services, educational content, spiritual tools, and community connection. Misuse, hacking, spamming, abusive communication, or attempting to interfere with site functionality is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website (graphics, branding, text, layouts, videos, readings) is the property of Empathic Crow Intuitive Services LLC. You may view and share links with proper credit, but you may not copy, reproduce, or commercialize any content without explicit written permission.
User Accounts: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Purchasing & Payment Terms

General Purchasing: All products and services are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time.
Payment Authorization: By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the full order amount. Orders and bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment.

3. Physical Products: Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery: Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy, as addresses cannot be changed once an order is processed. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for carrier delays or weather conditions. Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment when available.
Returns & Refunds: Unused, unworn physical items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending items back. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo documentation to request a replacement or resolution.

4. Intuitive Services: Booking, Scheduling & Attendance

Session Structure & Timing: Live sessions run for the duration selected during booking. If a session naturally extends slightly due to the flow of intuitive work, no extra charge applies. Continued discussion beyond the session container may be offered at a stated per-minute rate, subject to capacity.
Attendance: Sessions begin promptly. Late arrivals do not extend the session end time, and missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Live sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made under 24 hours are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Refunds are not available once a session has taken place.
Digital Products & Recorded Readings: Private recorded readings and digital items are non-refundable once delivered due to their electronic nature.
Respectful Engagement: Services operate within professional boundaries. Ongoing communication outside scheduled sessions is not included unless explicitly arranged.

5. Empowering Awareness Mentorship Container

Application & Acceptance: The mentorship is a selective container requiring an intake review. Completing an intake does not guarantee acceptance. Mentorship cannot be booked directly through the site.
Payment & Refunds: Mentorship fees (including scholarship-adjusted fees) are non-refundable once payment is submitted and the first session is scheduled. Scholarship awards are non-transferable.
Container Scope: The mentorship is a reflective, trauma-aware space. It is not a crisis service or therapeutic care.

6. Spiritual & Medical Disclaimer

Scope of Practice: All services, readings, and materials are intuitive, reflective, and spiritual in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health care. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment, or predictions.
Excluded Topics: Questions regarding severe health conditions, legal matters, or pregnancy predictions will not be addressed.
Client Autonomy: You retain full authority and responsibility for your own choices, interpretations, and actions.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empathic Crow Intuitive Services LLC is not liable for actions taken based on site content or readings. Total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of North Carolina courts.
