Return Process

Please contact us before sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

are delivered electronically and are non‑refundable once the service has been completed, delivered, or accessed.

For non‑live services, work may begin after purchase and is considered fulfilled once completed and delivered within the stated timeframe.
