Service Description
This session is dedicated to spirit communication and connection with loved ones who have passed. My approach to mediumship is grounded, ethical, and respectful, with an emphasis on evidential information, meaningful messages, and compassionate presence. Each session unfolds uniquely. While I cannot guarantee which loved ones may come forward, I trust the process of spirit communication to bring through what is most appropriate and supportive at the time. You are welcome to share intentions or areas of curiosity, though specific outcomes cannot be promised. My role is to serve as a bridge for communication, offering what is received with care and clarity. Mediumship sessions are not intended to direct life decisions or replace personal discernment, but to support connection, reflection, and understanding. Sessions are held live and contained within a 60-minute timeframe. If a session runs slightly over due to the natural flow of mediumistic work, there is no additional charge. Any extended time requested beyond the session container may be available at a clearly stated rate, if capacity allows.
Cancellation Policy
Session Structure & Time Sessions are scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. I honor the natural flow of intuitive and mediumistic work, and if a session runs slightly over due to this flow, there is no additional charge. If additional time is requested or a session extends beyond the scheduled timeframe due to continued discussion, questions, or engagement beyond the session container, additional time may be available at a clearly stated per-minute rate, if capacity allows. Scope of Services All services offered through Empathic Crow Tarot and Mediumship LLC are intuitive, reflective, and spiritual in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care. I do not provide diagnoses, treatment, or advice in these areas. Questions related to health, legal matters, or pregnancy are not addressed in sessions. Client Participation & Autonomy This work is collaborative and supports personal insight and self-awareness. Clients remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations. My role is to offer reflection, perspective, and intuitive support, not direction or authority over decisions. Payment & Booking Payment and any required service agreements must be completed prior to the session. Sessions are held live at the scheduled time. Missed or late sessions may not be extended beyond the scheduled timeframe. Due to the nature of intuitive services, refunds are not available once a session has taken place. Respectful Engagement This work is held within clear professional and energetic boundaries. Sessions are intended to be a contained, focused space. Ongoing communication outside of scheduled sessions is not included unless explicitly arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time may be subject to the full session fee. Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed, particularly within 24 hours of the scheduled session, and are dependent on availability. While occasional cancellations or rescheduling are understandable, repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in a review of scheduling options or discontinuation of services. This helps ensure fairness, availability, and respect for both time and energy.
